Ivana is an adaptable and self-motivated professional with extensive experience in healthcare administration and customer service. Recently promoted to Office Manager, she continues to excel in her ability to lead and manage operations effectively. Known for her excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people at all levels, Ivana is also highly organized with strong time management abilities.

In her current role as Office Manager at Novo Clinic, she oversees patient care, manages medical records and billing, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. Her previous experience as a Patient Coordinator and Medical Billing Assistant at the same clinic provided her with a deep understanding of patient needs and administrative processes.

Additionally, Ivana has a rich background in the hospitality industry, having served in various roles at restaurants and cruise lines, which further refined her customer service and organizational skills. She holds a high school diploma from Serbia, a Certificate in Human Resource Management (CISHRP), and has completed F&B Training and Crowd Management in the United States.
