My experience at NovoClinic was professional, knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. Dr Yoon was able to explain the procedure and risks to me in a way that I could understand, and he was available via Zoom or in person before and after.
He did a great job, and restored full mobility in my neck and removed all my nerve pain. As a bonus, the Novoclinic staff helped me understand the sometimes complex if not cryptic billing messages from Doctors Hospital! Thankfully, insurance covered most of the procedure. I have used Novoclinic several times now, and will do so again without hesitation.
